Our Staff
All of our Gen12 staff is made up of incredible people who all have a heart to serve God in an international capacity.
BRUCE R. - PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Bruce has experience in leading over 60 short term trips to 38 plus countries. He has been involved with ministry for over 11 years and is a licensed pastor. Born and raised in Colorado, he loves the outdoors and has a passion for learning more about other cultures and teaching people how to reach the nations for God. God used his passion for travel and love of missions to establish Gen12 Ministries so that he can share those experiences with others.
HOPE L. - Executive Assistant, Marketing Director
Hope has been involved with global missions for 10 years and is following the calling that God has placed on her life. Her work with Gen12 Ministries has been a huge blessing in her life and has helped fulfill her passions to travel to new places, meet new people, and experience new cultures while spreading God’s word. When she’s not eating ice cream, you can find her volunteering with her church’s youth group, photographing the great outdoors of Colorado, or researching her next trip to another country.
McKenna B. - Director of Missionary Care
McKenna grew up in Kauai, Hawaii and then attended Bible college where she received her Bachelors in Theology. She has always had a passion for missions and has experience working in Costa Rica, interning with a children’s home in Belize, as well as living in Honduras while working with a ministry taking care of foster children. Her greatest desire is for all people to hear the message of the Gospel and be changed by the working of the Holy Spirit. She loves working with kids, cooking/baking , and spending as much time at the beach as possible!
TRIP LEADERS
All of our trips are staffed with leaders that have been trained and are fully qualified to run a trip with Gen12 Ministries. All of our leaders have experience in other cultures and in leading teams overseas. Gen12 believes in offering a quality product and that starts with our leadership, so we hold all of our trip leaders to a high biblical standard that we expect will show through all aspects of their lives.
